Week 14 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pick-Ups

Jacquizz Rodgers

Until we get an official word, it’s a good idea to stash Rodgers on your bench after he took over for Martin on Sunday for the final three drives after Martin said he was, “bent back.” Many expect Martin to be fine for Week 14, but we are highlighting the possibility.

Josh Doctson

With DeSean Jackson’s time nearly up in Washington and Pierre Garcon another year older, it’s time to begin thinking toward 2017 if you are in a Keeper League. Should there have been a banishment of Josh Doctson to the Waiver Wire due to his unfulfilling season, it may be a good idea to scoop him up in preparation of the future.

Ted Ginn Jr.

Ginn exploded once again on Sunday Night for 86 Yards and 1 TD, now adding a TD in 3 consecutive games. Consider him a boom-or-bust option, but has been on a hot streak over the past few weeks.

Malcolm Mitchell

With Gronk out, everyone in this offense will see a production bump from Brady. Mitchell added 8 Receptions on 10 Targets for 82 Yards on Sunday and has been very consistent over the past three games for New England. The Pats will face an uphill battle over the coming weeks against Baltimore in Week 14 and Denver in Week 15, but Mitchell has obviously emerged as a threat. That said, we feel that Mitchell is absolutely worthy of an addition, just temper your expectations due to the difficult back-to-back match-ups.

Cameron Brate

Brate has been on a steady incline all season, but erupted for one of his biggest games of the season, going 6 Receptions for 86 Yards and 1 TD. With several of the big guns either not producing or sitting due to injury in Week 13, Brate gained a ton of respect in the fantasy circles from those who started him. Tampa will play at Home vs. New Orleans after they come off of a dismal performance vs. Detroit, so expect Brees and Company to light it up in this divisional battle royale. FYI – New Orleans ranks as the 11th Worst Defensive Team against TEs this season.

Ladarius Green

Green torched New York for 6 Receptions on 11 Targets for 110 Yards and 1 TD. The potential combined with the strength of this offense makes Green an electric addition to any team. It’s probable that he is owned, but Green finally delivered what everyone expected this season after season a multi-game hiatus due to injury. Pittsburgh will square off against Buffalo in Week 14, who ranks as one of the better defenses against TEs.
